The Church of Christ hosts a variety of special events throughout the course of the year. We hold a General Conference once a year to conduct the business of the Church and a week long Youth Camp each summer. There are regional Reunions, Rallies and Retreats that are sponsored by the Local churches. These events are open to anyone who wishes to attend.

The 2019 General Conference of the members of the Church of Christ will be held at the church headquarters, 200 S River, Independence, MO. There will be a Sacrament Service at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 31st and the business sessions will begin on Monday, April 1st at 9:00 a.m. The Conference will last until all business has been addressed. ***Note: There will be two days of fasting and prayer prior to this Conference on March 29th and 30th, with Prayer Meetings held at the church headquarters.***
